Can't the APP connect to the bracelet?

Android:



1) Please confirm that the Bluetooth and GPS positioning services of the mobile phone are enabled, and the Bluetooth mark is not displayed on the bracelet (if the bracelet has a Bluetooth mark, it indicates that it is connected). Get close to the bracelet and try to search and connect again. In addition, it can only be used after confirming that the phone system is Android4.4 or above.



2) If the connection still fails, enter the phone Settings -- Application Management -- Authorization Management -- application permission management, find the application [HryFine], check all its permissions as "Allow", and try to connect again.





On iOS:



Please confirm that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is enabled, and the bracelet does not show the Bluetooth mark (if the bracelet shows the Bluetooth mark, it means that it has been connected by other devices, please release the Bluetooth of the bracelet first). If an iPhone is connected once, it needs to ignore the device in the Bluetooth list of the phone, and then open the APP to reconnect.
